Over four short, high-stakes rounds, each team must carefully plan, execute and deliver their cakes without bottlenecks or delays. A lack of planning could mean wasted ingredients and unsatisfied customers, but smart strategies and agile thinking will take your cakes and team performance to the next level.
Each round ends with a focused team meeting to reflect, regroup and find ways to improve efficiency. Inspired by the Agile model, these collaborative moments drive continuous improvement, helping each round become stronger, smoother and faster.
