Drumming - Leader's Performance – How It Works?
Drumming Leader’s Performance is a creative and energizing team building activity designed for leadership to shine. Leaders are grouped into small teams and learn their rhythm parts through a performance kit. With guidance and scheduled coaching calls, they support one another while building confidence. A group rehearsal takes place the day before, followed by a final stage run-through on the event day. The performance becomes a celebration of trust, teamwork and servant leadership as leaders perform together in front of their teams.
